Master RSS Feed & Content Syndication Agreement
Preamble: Legal Binding & Scope of Syndication
This Master RSS Feed & Content Syndication Agreement ("Agreement") sets forth the legally binding terms and licensing parameters governing access to, subscription to, and syndication of Really Simple Syndication (RSS) feeds, XML data endpoints, sitemaps, article headlines, and financial news excerpts provided by MarketRoro (operated by the MarketRoro publishing team).
By copying, querying, caching, indexing, embedding, or parsing any RSS XML feed link provided at marketroro.com/rss, marketroro.com/rss.xml, or marketroro.com/api/rss/feed, you ("Syndicator", "Subscriber", or "User") agree to be bound by all terms, attribution requirements, anti-scraping provisions, and operational constraints set forth herein.
1. Grant of Limited, Revocable, Non-Exclusive License
MarketRoro grants subscribers a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access, view, and process MarketRoro RSS feeds strictly within personal news reader applications (e.g. Feedly, NetNewsWire, Apple News, Inoreader, NewsBlur) or authorized non-commercial news indexing software under the explicit condition that all terms of this Agreement are continuously maintained.
2. Mandatory Source Attribution & Direct Canonical Hyperlinking
Any public display, digital aggregation, or syndication of MarketRoro RSS items must satisfy strict attribution and link integrity rules:
- Clear Textual Attribution: Every syndicated headline, excerpt, or summary must display an unambiguous textual attribution crediting "Source: MarketRoro" or "Published by MarketRoro" in a font size no smaller than the body text.
- Direct Un-Redirected Canonical Links: Every syndicated item title must contain an active, clickable hyperlink directing readers to the canonical full article URL on
marketroro.com. Links must be standard indexable HTML anchors (norel="nofollow", no interstitial ad gateways, and no intermediate tracking redirects). - No Frame Wrapping or In-App Interstitials: Clicking on syndicated MarketRoro links must navigate directly to the open web URL on MarketRoro. You may not frame, iframe, wrap, or embed MarketRoro web pages within third-party advertising frames or browser shells.
3. Strict Prohibition: Anti-AI Model Training & Automated Scraping
MarketRoro RSS feeds and underlying article bodies are strictly protected from automated AI training and commercial data mining. You are strictly prohibited from harvesting, parsing, copying, extracting, or feeding MarketRoro RSS feeds, text summaries, equity analytics, or underlying article full bodies into:
- Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI systems, or machine learning training datasets.
- Automated content spinning software, auto-blogging engines, or synthetic news re-writing bots.
- Commercial financial data resale brokers or high-frequency trading scraping algorithms.
4. Content Integrity & Prohibition of Ad Injections
Syndicators may not alter, edit, truncate, re-title, translate, or modify the text content, headlines, summaries, author bylines, or category tags provided within MarketRoro RSS feeds. You may not insert third-party banner advertisements, sponsored links, affiliate cookies, or popup scripts directly into syndicated feed streams.
5. Bandwidth Controls, Polling Intervals & Right of Revocation
To protect server infrastructure from denial-of-service disruptions, all RSS endpoints enforce automated rate limiting:
- Minimum Polling Interval: Automated aggregators must poll RSS feeds at intervals no shorter than 15 minutes.
- Rate Limits: Maximum 60 requests per minute per IP address. Excessive polling will trigger automated IP blocking.
- Right of Termination: MarketRoro reserves the absolute right to modify, throttle, suspend, or terminate any or all RSS feeds at any time without notice or liability.
6. Enterprise Commercial Licensing & Syndication Inquiries
Commercial publishers, enterprise news portals, financial terminals, research institutions, and corporate intranets requiring commercial RSS syndication rights, full-text API data feeds, or custom enterprise integration licenses must obtain an explicit written agreement from the MarketRoro publishing team.
Important Notice: MarketRoro does not maintain direct public email inboxes for commercial licensing. To submit a commercial syndication request, please utilize our Official Contact Portal by selecting "Legal & RSS Syndication" or "Advertising & Commercial Partnerships". Our licensing desk reviews all proposals within 24 business hours.
